Jeep Wrangler Lift Kits & Suspension
Lifting a Wrangler is the first big decision in any Jeep build - and the kit is only half the job. This page pulls together every Wrangler lift kit we currently have in stock for the JK (2007-18), JL (2018+) and TJ (1997-2006), plus the supporting suspension parts a lift actually needs: coils, steering stabilizers and dampers, sway bar end links and fresh bushings. Every product listed is in stock and ready to ship, and every order over $200 ships free.

SUSPENSION LIFT OR BODY LIFT?
Suspension lifts (most kits on this page) replace or supplement the springs to raise the whole Jeep - more ground clearance, room for bigger tires, and more suspension travel to work with off-road. Body lifts (like the 1-inch TJ kit above) raise the body on taller mounts without changing the suspension at all: cheaper and simpler, and they add tire clearance, but no extra ground clearance under the frame. Many TJ owners combine a small body lift with a mild suspension lift.
HOW MUCH LIFT FOR YOUR TIRE SIZE?
Typical Wrangler pairings - treat these as starting points, not guarantees, because wheel backspacing, flares, bump stops and trimming all decide the real fit:
- 1-2 inches: up to roughly 33-inch tires
- 2.5 inches: roughly 35-inch tires
- 3.5-4 inches: 35s comfortably, 37s with the right supporting parts
Going to 35s or 37s also changes gearing and steering feel - a steering stabilizer or damper (several are on this page) is the standard companion upgrade.
WHAT ELSE A LIFT NEEDS
An alignment, always. Any lift changes suspension geometry; budget for a professional alignment right after install. At 3.5 inches and up, plan on geometry correction - an adjustable track bar and/or control arms - to keep the steering and stability systems behaving. While it is apart is the cheap moment to replace worn sway bar end links and bushings; tired rubber is the most common source of post-lift clunks and vague steering.
QUESTIONS WRANGLER OWNERS ASK US
Will a lift kit void my warranty? A lift does not automatically void a factory warranty, but a dealer can deny a claim for damage they can tie to the modification. If warranty coverage is a deciding factor for you, talk to your dealer before lifting a newer JL.
Can I install a lift kit myself? Experienced home mechanics do install these kits, but they involve spring compression, torque specs and a follow-up alignment - most owners use a shop. If you are deciding between two kits, call us and we will walk through what each one involves.
Not sure which generation or lift height you need? Call us at 213-549-4279 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT) and we will match the kit to your Jeep and your tire plans.
