30-Day Return Policy

All parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA number.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days (no exceptions).

To start a return, submit a request through the Contact Us page describing your issue. If approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
Free Return Shipping

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We provide a free prepaid return label.

Other reasons (including buyer’s remorse): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Include all original tags, packaging, and supplied parts.
Non-returnable items include products that:

Are missing parts or damaged due to reasons not caused by our error.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size. To exchange:

Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Labels: If eligible, your prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you for download and printing.
