Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped (within 1–2 business days), you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@turbochargedracing.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order ships after 24 hours, you must return it for a full refund.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00), Monday–Friday, are processed the same day. Orders submitted after this deadline will be processed on the following business day.
Missing Parts
If any hardware or components are missing from your order, submit a request on our Contact Us page and we'll send the parts promptly.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged:

Do not accept delivery. Tell the driver you are refusing the package due to damage.

If a damaged package was left at your address, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately.

You have 24 hours from delivery to notify us of damaged items. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
