Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped (within 1–2 business days), you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@turbochargedracing.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, if your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order for a full refund.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Missing Parts
If your order is missing specific hardware or components, please submit a request through our Contact Us page so we can send the missing parts as quickly as possible.
Damaged Orders
- Do not accept delivery. Tell the driver you are refusing the package due to damage.
- If a damaged package was left at your address, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately.
- You have 24 hours from delivery to notify us of damaged items. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
30-Day Return Policy
- All parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA number.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days (no exceptions).
- To start a return, submit a request through the Contact Us page describing your issue. If approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
Free Return Shipping

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We provide a free prepaid return label.

Other reasons (including buyer’s remorse): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and supplied parts.
Non-returnable items include products that:
- Show signs of wear or use.
- Are missing parts or damaged due to reasons not caused by our error.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size. To exchange:
- Contact us at info@turbochargedracing.com for approval.
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Labels: If eligible, your prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you for download and printing.
